The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our fast-paced, collaborative development team. You’ll play a key role in building and improving custom applications, websites, and web-based tools that help drive success for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance custom web applications and tools.
• Develop new features and improve existing platforms based on client needs and project goals.
• Collaborate closely with designers, clients, and other developers.
• Uphold coding best practices and contribute to team growth.
• Help scope and plan technical solutions that align with client goals.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and (occasionally) external clients when needed.
• Maintain a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Continue learning and bringing new ideas, frameworks, and techniques to the team.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional PHP development experience.
• Strong experience with Laravel (Livewire experience strongly preferred).
• Solid database skills, especially with MySQL.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs.
• A passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• U.S. residency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) preferred.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working in agency settings or supporting multiple client projects.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C platforms.
• Background building HIPAA-compliant systems.
